Black annealed iron wire

Anealed wire is a kind of soft iron wire product made of low carbon steel by cold drawing, heating , constant temperature, heat preservation and other processes. Iron wire is made of iron, cobalt, nickel , copper, carbon, zinc, and other elements. The hot metal billet is rolled into 6.5mm thick steel wire rod, whic is also known as wire rod, and then it is put into the wire drawing device to pull into different diameters of wire , and gradually reduce the diameter of the wire drawing plate, cooling, annealing, coating and other processing technology to make wire of various specifications.

 

Because of simple technology and wide application, the development of wire production is earlier. Iron wire or steel wire(corresponding to the enterprise for the"screen enterprise") is the re-cold processing of steel wire products. the materials used generally choose high-quality low carbon steel or stainless steel. In general, the production of iron ingots for making iron wire(steel wire) can only be produced after a number of procedures such as shell peeling, picking, water washing, saponification, drying , drawing,annealing,cooling, pickling, water washing, galvanized line and packaging.
