Types:

The welded wire mesh can be divided into three types based on the materials.
It can be galvanized welded wire mesh, PVC coated welded wire mesh and stainless steel welded wire mesh.


1.  Galvanized welded wire mesh, The mesh is used for replacing the traditional "cut & bend" and placing of steel thermo-mechanical treated bars. The mesh is an electric fusion welded prefabricated reinforcement consisting of a series of parallel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacing. Machines are used to produce the mesh with precise dimensional control. The product results in considerable savings in time, labour and money.

2.  Stainless Steel Welded Wire Mesh

Stainless steel welded wire mesh is strong and long lasting. By it's very nature stainless steel wire needs no additional finish, such as galvanizing or PVC, to protect it.The wire itself is extremely resistant to rust, corrosion and harsh chemicals. If you need a welded mesh or fence in an area with prolonged exposure to corrosives, stainless steel products will meet the demands.

Weaving and Characteristics:

3.  PVC Welded Wire Mesh is with plastic covering is constructed with galvanized iron wire of high quality. It has PVC powder covering that is processed by an automatic machine. The smooth plastic coating on this corrosion protective wire is attached with a strong adhesive which make increases durability of the wire.
