Product Introduction:

Welded Gabion is made of Welded Wire Mesh panels assembled with spirals, locking pins and stiffener. Each gabion panel is composed of rugged high tensile wire coated by a thick, corrosion-resistant layer of zinc. The wire is also available with a tough, durable pvc coating. Welded Gabion could be used for prefilled on site construction which is quick and easy. They have a variety of applications such as retaining walls for commercial, industrial and road project, landscaping, erosion control.

The welded gabion net is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire, and is formed by automatic, precise and accurate mechanical equipment welding in strict accordance with the BS 1052:1986 standard. It is formed by electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic coating, dipping or Galvanization. The surface is passivated and plasticized.

 

Welded gabion box is to bind the welded wire mesh with thick wire diameter into a net box with spiral tie wire. The surface of the welded gabion mesh is smooth and tidy, the mesh is uniform, and the welding point is firm.
